We are selling a customization SERVICE. A sourcing fee has been included for our team to source the base shoes in the size selected on your order. If you would like to provide the pair of soles to be used for the customization service, please email oil.rags@email.com and we will refund the sourcing fee from your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, all sales on made-to-order commissioned services are final. Turnaround time is 8 - 12 weeks from when the order is received. Expedited orders are available for a rush fee, please email oil.rags@email.com to inquire.
